How to setup the project to

Is "add a child issue" synonymous for "create a sub-task" under user story? Is there is a way for me to revise its wording to show as sub-task instead of the child issue?

Child issues show the epic <-> standard issue type relationship and you can't change its wording.

Hi Alex Koxaras, I would like to clarify on your answer a bit.

As I once saw another project created by someone else, it shows as "Create subtask" as in the yellow highlight in below picture while the project I created myself shows as "Add a child issue", so I'm a bit confusing here.

Yes, you are on a TMP (team managed project) and standard issue type have this wording. On CMP (company managed project) there is a differentiation on child & subtasks for Epic and Standard Issue Type correspondingly.
