Hi @Hamza Moussaoui ,
Thanks for asking your question here on the Atlassian Community.
I am Dhiren, one of the Solutions Engineers working at Exalate.
I would recommend you to try out a completely decentralized solution like Exalate in this case.
You can bi-directionally synchronize Jira Issues with Azure DevOps WorkItems and you can customize the rules using the Groovy based scripting engine provided by Exalate.
Thanks, Dhiren
@Hamza Moussaoui hi. Hope that you've managed to resolve your use case. I'll simply add another alternative solution to your case - ZigiOps (you can find it in the Atlassian marketplace). It's a fully no-code integration platform that easily connects Azure & Jira, automate the data transfer and sync it. Feel free to look it up and even give it a try via the Free Trial option.
Regards, Diana (ZigiOps team)

@Hamza Moussaoui There's a no-code solution for syncing Jira issues with Azure DevOps items if you prefer a more efficient point-and-click solution that's fully configurable. Here's a guide on how to sync Jira and ADO with Unito.
