copy a user picker field value from issue to assignee on loading transition screen

Hello, I have a field called "Solution Provider" which will be required when issue creating. When this solution provider hit "start solution" button (a transition we have) and it will bring up a screen has assignee and comments fields. And How can I copy Solution Provider field value to assignee when the "start solution" loading the screen?

Dear Jessy,

1.  you need to create a screen first then configure with assignee and attachment
2. edit your workflow and add the screen on "Start solution" transition.
3. plz find the attachment
