create EPICS from Teams form csv import

I have three issues i'd like to overcome when running the csv import feature.
The source of the csv is an export from a Teams form.

1. Attachment - there is no Attachment option on the Map Jira Field dropdown list

2. Duplicates - i have read that i can map a key in the csv to a jira field called External Key, which will stop duplicates from happening if i import the csv on another occasion - I cant find such a key

3. I would like to map a single entry in the csv to both Summary & Epic Name jira fields

#1 - The option to import Attachments as part of the CSV import is available only to Jira Administrators who access the import function from System > External System Import.

#2 - Likewise the option to import External Issue ID as part of the CSV import is available only to Jira Administrators who access the import function from System > External System Import.

#3 - You cannot map a single column in the CSV to two fields in Jira. You have to duplicate the column in the CSV, give it a different name, and then map the second column to the second field.
