Dear community,

I need to create an automation that takes the option selected (single pick list) by the customer from the portal and leaves it in the summary field to be the name of the ticket created.

Hi @Francisco Navarro ,

 

the rule should be very simple:

  • Trigger - Issue Created
  • Edit Issues - set summary from the field. You can access the field using Smart Values
