Good afternoon community, I would like to separate the tickets that can be created from the portal and those that can be created with the create button. Can be done? today if I give you permission to create let me do it from the 2 places
I think this depends on the setup of your project - the first part can be managed via the portal but you could also consider managing both via the workflow.
This isn't something I've tried but what about using Validators? Look at this page - and what I'd consider trying is:
Here I can add validators - such as:
^ There are a few options there and it just depends on the setup of your portal and your project, and whether issue types have different workflows or not.
It's something I'd consider trying out :).

Hi Pablo, if I get the idea right. You don't want to allow users to create the same type of tickets from the two places. Assuming that is the case here is what I can tell you.
In the portal you can hide certain request types so those can only be created via the create button from Jira itself, meaning that those will only be created by agents most likely that file a special type of tickets. What you can't do is to deny users the possibility to create from the create button the same request types that you have in the customer portal or in order to do so you will have to use some JavaScript that hides those options from the menu which is most likely hard to do and wouldn't recommend.

Hello Pablo!
I am unsure whether I understand your question correctly, but for Create button option yo uare simply allowed to select those projects which you have "Create Issues" permission in.
If I don't understand you correctly, would you mind explaining it a bit better or supporting it with screenshots?
Thank you and have a nice day!
