quesion.PNGi am new to jira ....i have created menu item (cost analysis) ,now i want to show  some screen (with custom field )/page/form on the click of cost analysis  and later on after submitting screen info.  i want to display that info. below "Cost Analysis"  plugin (below Description).......basically i want to create plugin just like" create sub-task"  how can i do that ?
