create incremental number on custom field via Automation

Hello,

we need to update a custom filed via Automation.

As "custom filed" I need an incremental valure every hour:

E.G.:

h. 00.00: value 1

h. 01.00 value 2

....

h 12.00 value 12

any suggestion on the smarter function?
