create tiket when receive email to specific email address

Hello Team,
I create in setting of my account in the session incoming email, used my email address support@xxxxx and use imap:
imap.gmail.com on the port 993
after this i configure also Mail Handlers but when i test the sending email i receive the error :
javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalid credentials (Failure) while connecting to host 'imap.gmail.com' as user 'XXXXX@XXXXX.it' via protocol 'imaps
How can i fix this issue ?

Check the credentials used for incoming mail handler to connect to mail server.

As per error message it look like authentication error.

Thanks a lot, i check and use exactly the same email address as during configuration of:

1-Set up your incoming mail server

2-Mail Handlers

I used the same username and password. But the problem persist.

do you have other solution please to suggest me ?

Do you get the email on your mentioned email account?

If not then there is some issue with your mail account.

because issue creation will happen when you get email in you email account which you mentioned in mail hander server

thanks a lot i already enable IMAP from my google setting but the problem persist yet.

i need to configure 2 step authentication in gmail account?
