Hi,

Is it possible to pull a JIRA report that would show.. how many requests were closed by the original due date; how many requests due dates got pushed out, how many requests were delivered past the due date ?

Can you please let me know if we there is any way to do this ?

Thanks

Hi @Sushmitha

Not straight forward way but let me share what you can do. There is no date compare function on Jira Cloud. There is a feature request as well. So you can use the automation to update the issue may be a custom field on resolve or done transition. The rule will check if the date on which the transition is done is greater than or less than due date and update the field accordingly.

You can then use that field to filter those issues that were resolved before/after due date.

I hope it helps.

Thanks for your answer. Is there any way to check and pull a report to see how many times a due date was changed?
