creating a scriptrunner jql

Hi

How would I construct a Jql in scriptrunner that would include all epic except those that have issues linked to it that are of certain status? Moreover, I have two two epic types, and 4 issue types, epics can have multiple issues linked to it, and if any of the issues linked to the epic are of a certain status it would  come up in search even if it was only one of them. help appreciated.
