Hi,

I have setup different boards through company based projects.

1. I am trying to create issues in the second board backlog

2. After I creating the issue The information is showing " Your Issue XXX Has been created. but not currently visible".

3. But that issue is reflecting in the backlog board which I created first.

How Can I move Issues related to these boards to the board's Backlog ?

Hello @Anwesh Guddeti ,

If you created issue that displayed in one board and not displayed on the other board means, There is an issue with board filter.

Open Board --> (...) Right side top corner --> Board settings --> General --> Edit Board Filter.

if any restrictions applied on this board filter, or the filter restricted to only some issues. you may face the issues.

Please edit the board filter as per your need.

Thanks,

Anvesh

Hi @Anwesh Guddeti,

you may need to verify the board filters of 1 & 2 and see if the newly created issues is matching 1st board query but not 2nd board's query

you can get that information from "..." --> configure -->(in general tab)

BR,

Leo
