cumulative flow diagram show different number of issues as filter does

Hi,

I have a flow diagram report that works for a KANBAN Board.

All I do is to restrict view so that closed issues will not be taken into account.

The result is a total numberof over 400 issues (current time).

When I open the filter the KANBAN Boards is based on... 

...and change jql in the same way (... AND status != closed). The result shows 220 issues.

Can sombody please explain why it shows different numbers?
