custom field context

Hello team 

I have a select list (custom field ) that i add it , i have two project , project 1 and project 2 , 

so now the default context configuration for all project and all issue type have as option in the select list (1 , 2 , 3).

I create a specefic context for project 2 which i change the options as shown ( 4, 5 , 6 ) .

That's right , for my project 2 it work fine .

But the problem and the think witch look weird to me , that in option of  project 1 that i do not configure a special context ( predict that it depend of the default context) it have the options of context specified for project 2.

What's the problem 

should i delete the default configuration ?
