custom field value from jira user property value

Hi,

I have a user property named 'Leave Balance'. In the create issue screen I need a custom property named 'Available leave balance' which should fetch the value from the 'Leave Balance' user property and should display the value in the create issue screen. Can some one please suggest me how to achieve this?
