Hello team;

I used to use a field named as Time In Status (customfield_23615) and Time to SLA (customfield_11301), but after the Pinterest Jira update I’m not able to find it, is it another way to have same information?

To me these fiedls sound of custom fields related to a 3rd party app Time in Status. Has this app been installed and or discontinued in your instance?

If you can't verify this, contact your org or site admin of your instance.

This is Jira software project or JSM project?

You were using any addon from marketplace for these fields?
