dashboard & sprint report are visible on the Jira and all the issues in projects are not available

Hello all.
Suddenly Jira server is auto re-started after that dashboard and sprint reports are not visible in all the projects.
If we know the issue ID and if we search then only that particular task is visible.
please provide the solution
Can anyone throw some light into this, we may be missing something but we cannot figure what.
