Channel column data not displaying Statistic Type dropdown in Pie Chart gadge

Please provide more information about what "Channel column" is.
The pie chart will display numbers of issues per the Field you identify in the Statistic Type. Is "Channel" a field, or is it a value for a Field?
Can you show us the details of an issue showing the use of "Channel"?
