dates not saving properly (start, end and due date)

Hi all,

Ca anyone help me in my dilemma in saving dates. It works sometime but most of the time in some projects it does not follow the dates i inputted. There are times the start date is okay but not the end and due date. There are times the due date and end date is not on sync. The re are times in saved okay but after a blink of an eye it changed right away to different dates. There are times it saved properly but after a few hours it went to a different dates again!! it made me furious because i need to re-do it again and again.

Any assistance please? is this about the settings or what?
