I have deleted Request Type in my Project settings but the link for that deleted request type is still available on the Service desk portal and users are able to search that link on portal and able to raise tickets in my Project too. Any idea how to resolve this?
This should not happen, I have done the same many times without any issues. Have you tried re-indexing? Maybe that will fix it.
We have run background reindex many times after that issue but not lockdown. But the issue is not resolved till now.
