desktop notification for jira

hi all,

i upload "In-App & Desktop Notifications for Jira" plugin in order to show a notification in windows desktop. but, after installation, it did not show the notifications in desktop

ant advise will be so appreciated.

hi all,

many thanks for the advice. I solved previous issue and added inbox plugin  in jira which used browser pop-up and notification ability to notify users. in this case, the pop up will be shown for some seconds or minutes based on the configuration and after that the notification will be vanished. the question is that is there any way to remain the notification in windows notification center until the user click on it? or in any way show the new issue or updated one in the browser icon in the desktop taskbar? many thanks
