different date-formatas in catalina.out?

Why does Catalina.out contain log entries with different date/time formats (see example below)? I suppose the reason is different parts of Jira log to the file and they do not share their log4j properties? Is this correct?

Anyways, is there a way to harmonize the log-format or at least just the date-format for everything that logs to Catalina.out or if possible all of Jira?
