Hi,
We are planning to get our customers to log issues in one single JIRA project. Assuming that in the future each customer might want a different workflow to transition their respective issues, various types of issues [Issue Types] have been created. Security levels have also been created so that side is alright. However, is there any way to associate specific type of issues to a specific set of users / groups. Otherwise, it will be a pain for all our customers to remember that they select their own specific issue type whilst creating an issue.
To reiterate - this has been done so that different workflows can be linked to customer specific issue types
Thanks,
Apoorva
If you've looked at the line Geert provided you'll know there is no good way to do this. Is there a particular reason you don't want to give each customer their own project? That is the simplest solution.
