disable email notification for new user

Hello,

How do i turn off this e-mail notification when a non jira user e-mails an issue. The new user gets a notification that his account has been added, i don't want them to get that.

Hi Eddy,

I'm going to need additional information, to better help you.

Do you mean the notification that is sent when a user is added manually?

Or when creating an issue by email?

With this information, I should be able to better help you.
