There are two custom fields named "KA ID" & "Potential Knowledge article" having dropdown of(Yes/No).
for escalation issue type in workflow while closing the issue the KA ID field should be mandatory only when the Potential Knowledge article is set to yes and should not be mandatory when it sets to No.
Either will be able to do it.
