does jira5.x not support Axis1?

1.I download axis-bin-1_4.zip,

2.copy the webapp/axis to atlassian-jira-5.1.3-standalone/webapp

3.startup jira

get below error, so i have a question:does jira5.x not support Axis1?

Why are you trying to do this?

I don't think it's going to be a case of Jira supporting it, it's more that just downloading things and stuffing them into a Jira installation without configuration (or even any reason to do it) is going to be useful.
