I know that if you have a history of writing once, you will be listed.

Suddenly it doesn't appear on the list.

It appears in issue type, but not in the list after ticket creation.

Hi,

I understand that you're using a Jira Software Cloud next-gen project here.  And that you have added a custom field of type label here.  I can see that when you type into that field in order to search for existing labels, none of the expected values are being returned here.

Unfortunately, this is a bug.  We are tracking this over in JRACLOUD-74103.  I was able to recreate this myself in a next-gen project as well.  I am sorry for this inconvenience, I am afraid there is no known work-around for this yet.  I suggest watching that bug ticket for updates on this problem.  Once a solution or work-around has been found that ticket will be updated to reflect this.
