downloaded new plugins but when i select free trial nothing happens

I already downloaded these plugins:

-Scroll Office

-Scroll Remote Publishing Endpoint

-Scroll Versions

but when i select free trial button from the list of plugins nothing happens. Also cannot check the info about the plugin (nothing appears). Can you help?

Hi @christos agelidis

Can you open the console in your browsers development tools and look for errors? Maybe we can make out there why it doesn't forward you to the Atlassian marketplace.

1. But for now here a workaround, go to the Atlassian marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ 
2. Make sure you are logged in with your Atlassian ID
3. Go to one of the add-ons you want to do a trial
4. Try for free
5. Go through the assistant, at the end you will be presented with a license key, copy it and paste it in at the add-on in the Plugin Manager in Confluence

I have upvoted the answer @Sloan N_ B_, you should try what he suggests.

I addition to this, try accessing UPM using a different browser. Perhaps you need to clear the local storage and cookies in the current one. I also don't think that the problem is related to our apps, as licenses are handled by UPM and Atlassian Marketplace.
