drop down menu appears on left corner on IE9

On IE9 drop down menu appears on the bottom left corner of the screen and I put
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"/> on the header.jsp and header-deprecated.jsp files in the includes\decorators folder which fixed the problem on main page but drop down on MORE ACTIONS and WORKFLOWS still shows in the bottom left corner.

Anyone experieced the same problem and any fix for it?

which version of Jira are you using ?
