We are currently evaluating easeRequirements in our Atlassian Sandbox environment and have seen it takes a little while for it to load content.
Is this a function of the Sandbox, evaluation version (easeRequirements), or is this just how we would expect it to operate in production?
Concerned as we are still only loading a small sample set and fear what we might experience with a larger dataset.

Since this is about a marketplace app you are evaluating, best advice would be to contact the vendor of the app directly and let them investigate / give you feedback. That will not only give you an idea if this is expected, it will also give you a good feeling about their level of support.
