eazyBI - Overdue Transition Status

Hey everyone,

im trying to solve this problem quite a time now so maybe someone can help me out with that.

I want to define/calculate a new transition status "overdue", which shows me overdue projects (also the count) and is also applicable to "issues history". Maybe if it doesnt work with transition status, there's another way to do it.

So basically, i want to display (in a graph) how many open projects were overdue to any given time.

I would appreciate any help.

Hi @Lars

1. Bring the time dimension to row and apply the proper hierarchy.
2. In the measures select open issues (I'm assuming that overdue status is not considered resolved)
3. In the pages, bring the status dimension and search and bookmark "overdue" status
4. Make sure you import the history information 

This will display the count of all open tickets with status overdue at the specific time period.
