Yes, the support has helped me solve this problem.
The solution is to upgrade the mysql database driver.
below is the key information:
1) MySQL JDBC driver : mysql-connector-java-5.1.5-bin.jar
2) MySQL Server version: 5.6.35
3) the eazyBI Advanced settings is empty
solution:
upgrade the mysql database driver to 5.1.47
