edit post-function

Hello, i have 2 problems.

First, is there any possibility to edit a post-funktion?

Secondly, I want to change the recipient automatically when the status is changed. The recipient should be the department head of the department specified in a field. Is this possible?

Hello,

You would need an app for implementing your requirement. You can have a look at such apps as Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, MyGroovy, Groovioli and so on.
