email issue

Guys we have two email id for two jira core instance while configuring and send mail from tagging in commend of any project one is going with the name of the person and one is going with default mail of the mail id. is their is any configuration i want to do with the instance.

Hi Rajesh.  I am sorry, we can't work out what you mean here.  You have put the entire problem into a single run-on sentence without any punctuation to indicate where it needs to be split up into pieces of description.

I think you have two Jira Core instances, and that you are having problems with emails going out, but the rest is not clear.  Could you describe what someone does, what you expect to happen, and what really happens?

i Have 2 Jira environment and two email id, while configuring this 2 email id one of the email id is working properly means it can able to send mail to the respective person properly and it displaying the sender  name also properly, and in another mail id connection is established but email not going properly. means sometime mail going but it is not going with the people name only the default mail id its going.
