email quit functioning - it is not connecting to server. We have 8.5.3 Jira and JSD 4.5.3

Quit working yesterday about 2:30.  Error messages when trying to test connections

UnknownHostException: outlook.office365.com 

I also have a longer message that will load into description

If you can provide additional details that could help.  I have seen the error you provided before but I am not sure without additional details if this one is the same or not.  You can look at the knowledge base and see if it is.  If not can you please provide additional details. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/incoming-e-mails-processing-issue-717456842.html
