email template edit for specific project

hI TEAM,

I require to change email outgoing template in JIRA, I need to add one custom field in that template.

But the thing is that fields is not there in every project.

I have tried to change velocity template for issuecreated and issuecommented event according to below link :

but its not reflecting changes in those projects in which that field is being used.

Can you please suggest if it is possible to change email template for specific project and how?
