Hello Everyone, Is there a way to currently setup the ability to email a Business project to automatically create a ticket? It's fairly easy in a service management project, but I don't see that option under project settings in a Business project.

in a work management project there's not a specific project menu as per Service Desk project. You can setup a mail handler for this purpose (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/)
