Hi, I don't receive email notification for my account Jira since 17 May 2024.
I have to receive notifications for the ticketing platform, for example
The Gmail account is ok, I haven't any blacklist or spam settings.
I found there was a suppression on your account, I have cleared this from our side. You should be able to receive notifications from our Cloud services once again.
