I am looking for jira software to allow me that the comments added in the issue can be visible as a mail to the client that request them, I know that it is possible in jira service but I need to be able to use kanban or scrum for these requests.
It has not been efficient for me to make a jira service process to clone in jira software.
how can I do this?

You can manage Notifications for Jira Software projects to send emails when a Comment is added to the issue. Assuming that your requester is recorded in the Reporter field then you would configure the notification to send email to the Reporter.
This is an example of a Notification Scheme used with a Company Managed project.
If you are working with a Team Managed project the modification of the Notifications is managed differently.
