error while installing jira

hi guys 

while installing jira in centos i am getting error like below image..Database was succesfully set but after selecting next the same screen is coming again and again and i dont have any backup as this is my first install please guide me about this

Could you read your logs from the point of clicking "next"?  I suspect they may have something in them saying that they can't write to the database.
