fax in jira

is there any way to extend jira 6.1 so , it can send fax ?

is there any plugin to do this ?

There is no such functionality in JIRA. You might have to create the add on yourself.

You will have to learn how to make an add on (https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/JIRA+Plugin+Guide) and then use a fax API like this (http://www.interfax.net/en/dev/java).
