How can I change the field to be required in field configuration scheme?

I looked in the wrong place for the solution to remove the field's requirement condition. If you are an admin, you can provide a solution by following the steps I will tell you below.

System>General conf>Allow unassigned issues>on

Hi @Nilüfer Aslan ,

You should just see a link behind the field that says "Required" or "Optional"

If it says Required then the field is currently optional and you can make it required.
