Hello @Dasari Sravanthi ,

To get a list of private filters you can run the SQL noted in the following KB article to see the filters:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-retrieve-a-list-of-private-filters-or-dashboards-939918469.html

And you can use the following SQL to get the last login dates of users to compare to the list of filter owners:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/find-the-last-login-date-for-a-user-in-jira-server-363364638.html

And then 8.11+ versions of server also allow for managing private filters without logging in as the other uer as covered in:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-41269

Versions earlier than 8.11 will require re-enabling the inactive user's account, logging in as the user and changing filter permissions and ownership from the original owner's account then deactivating the account once complete.

Regards,
Earl
