find tasks where the status change took place for one employee

My project has below status (see screenshot)

 

I need to find an employee who has reopen.

Now we search using filter

status changed from TESTING to "dev backlog" during ("2021/10/01 07:00", "2022/03/31 23:59") and assignee was in (name)

But if there is a case when one task was assigned to one person (person1), but after the reopen the task was assigned to another person (person2 ). Person2 closed the task without reopens. But because of this filter, it will be included in the list of reopens.

Can you tell me if this case can be solved?
