Hi 

 

 After re-enabling user account in jira for one user notification for own changes is not working, we have checked user preferences also every thing is on.

Please suggest what i can to make it work.

Is the user receiving any other notifications from Jira? I.e.; have you tried adding the user into a group which is assigned to a notification scheme? Are they receiving any updates when issues are updated? If the user is not receiving ANY notifications at all, I suspect that their email might have been caught in a block/bounce email list.

Perhaps, someone from the Atlassian Team can have a look and let you know.

Hi 

The user is not receiving ANY notifications at all and yes user email was in bounce email list. 

Is there any way instead of reaching out to Atlassian support to clear bounce list in jira cloud?
