Is there any way I can dynamically block EDIT on particular worklog ID without using JIRA tempo time sheet plugin.

Work On Issues - Ability to log work done against an issue. Only useful if Time Tracking is turned on.

@Alexander Pappert for replying, Here my requirement is to restrict user for editing some of worklog (i.e out of 5 worklog in same JIRA issue, I want to remove edit access only for 2 worklog . I know worklog ID for which user has to restrict from editing).

You have to add this in every Transition of your workflow. It worked for me to only enable time tracking in subtasks and disable it in the parent Tasks.
