form for editing new issues

Dears,

i am approaching in jira from only some weeks.

i am looking a way to:

1. modify the layout form module inside one project (now the standar is a html page with a list in vertical view of all the fileds that i inserted in the task issue, i would like to place the fields in a different layout)

2. in the module form, i cannot choose the type of issue: for example if what i am inserting is a task or a bug. i have to insert the issue and after going to the list of issues selcet the one i have inserted with the module form, and there change the type of issue (form default it creates task issues, but i woul like that from the form the issue would be a bug issue)
