Hi Rajesh,
There are a few situations where this might occur when running Arsenale Dataplane for Jira reports.
In the most simple case, clicking on the "Sync Index" button on the Dataplane Reports -> Administration -> Configuration page will fix the program.
If this doesn't fix it, please contact us directly at Arsenale Support and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
