Hi @kiranmai genkolla

Try to consult the logs from %root%\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log (if you are using windows).

Also try to shut down JIRA server properly, delete JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins and JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins (just these two) start JIRA and try to enable the add-on again.

your suggestion helped me. Do you maybe know, for what those two directories are responsible?

Won't I lost any data after removal of them?
