We use Jira to let employees contact us in HR to resolve their issues. We have several types of issues: HR Systems; Employee Role Changes; Employee Personal Changes; Compensation and Benefits; Other.
I would like to know how I can generate reports using the data that appears in the Jira tickets we receive in HR, in order to make decisions and be more efficient when resolving them.
